Guarantee

The Secure Wrap Guarantee is a Supplementary Compensation to the Airlines payment for total loss or damage to your baggage. Terms and Conditions apply.

The Secure Wrap Guarantee in combination with the Airline payment pays up to:

  • 5,000 USD for total loss
  • 2,000 USD for damage

Tips from Secure Wrap

  • Upon arrival to your destination airport you must file a claim for lost luggage with your airline.
  • Inspect your baggage for damage prior to exiting the baggage claim area of the airport. If baggage is received damaged you must file a damage claim with your airline.
  • A Property Irregularity Report (P.I.R.) or similar Baggage Report is required in order to receive compensation from Secure Wrap.
  • Please contact the Secure Wrap Assistance Center within 72 hours of filing a claim with the airline for total loss or damage.
  • The Secure Wrap Assistance Center may be able to locate your luggage with our tracing service.
